PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 100EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125EUR. • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the apartment: 200.00EUR The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 500EUR will be deducted from the security deposit.
