The house was built with the highest-quality materials. The home is distinctive since it was initially built in the middle of the 18th century and is detached, which is hard to come by in the historic area of the old town. On the back terrace and around the gated, heated pool, there is plenty of seclusion to be found. With central heating, air conditioning, and fast internet, the house is equipped for winter visits. SmartTV, (Fiber optics 600mbps). 5 minute walk to the main plaza centre.
I was born in Pollensa and I lived 15+ years in California and also in France as a teenager. After returning from the US in 1995 I started working as a rental manager up until this day. I'm caring, open-minded and down to earth. My son Eddie and I will be delighted to be your hosts and tour advisors during your stay.
Pollensa town boasts a peaceful and serene neighborhood, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The quiet streets are filled with charming Spanish-style homes and buildings, all nestled amongst the stunning landscape of the Balearic Islands. The air is filled with the sweet scent of orange blossoms and the sounds of gentle sea breezes rustling through the palm trees. It's an idyllic setting that encourages relaxation and contemplation. The neighborhood is free from the hustle and bustle of busy city life, allowing residents to savor a slower pace and a simpler way of living. It's a wonderful place to call home, with friendly neighbors and a strong sense of community.
