Property information

Magnificent 2 bedroom Flat. Spacious, modern and very well equipped to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has a large terrace with extraordinary views of the ocean, the bay of Costa Adeje and the island of La Gomera where you can enjoy the sun, the outdoors, amazing sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom has a 1,60 x 2 mts. bed, wardrobe, wardrobe, storage cupboard, fan and views to the terrace and the sea from the window. The second bedroom has a double bed (1,35 x 1,90 mts.), clothes hanger, wardrobe, cupboard, fan and views to the terrace and the sea from the window. . There is a complete bathroom and a living-dining room with a double sofa-bed of 1,40 x 2mts. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for day to day living.

Neighbourhood information

Our cosy flat is located in the village of Armeñime in the municipality of Adeje in the south of the island of Tenerife. It is at an altitude of 150 m above sea level and 3 km. from the coast in the area of Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje where you can find a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees and several volcanic sandy beaches, coves with crystal clear waters and several 5 star hotel establishments, including the famous Hard Rock Hotel and the recently opened H10 Atlantic Sunset. Only 900 mts. from the Autopista del Sur makes it an ideal location for exploring the south of the island due to its proximity to other places of interest such as La Caleta (5 km. - 9 min. drive), Playa del Duque or Paya de Fañabe (8 Km. - 12 min. by car), Playa de Las Américas (13 Km. - 19 min. by car) or get around by bus, with the Armeñime station 400 mts. away, where route 471 takes you to Playa Paraíso or the Los Cristianos station and route 473 takes you to Los Gigantes.
