Apartment recently refurbirshed with WIFI (Fiber 300MB), with a side view of the sea, just 20 meters from the new beautiful beach 250 meters long with services and rescue all year round. Within walking distance to all city amenities (central city,buses, shops, shopping center, restaurants).
I will welcome you at your arrival to deliver you the keys. I will be happy to meet you and help you to solve any problem and give you all the information about the island.
The apartment has a living room with television and sofa bed, a kitchen with microwave, washing machine and everything you need, a bathroom with shower, bath and bidet, and finally a bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea. (Sheets and towels included). The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 3 floors and equipped with lift. Free Parking off road under it. The area is quiet and safe, recently reformed (asphalt, parks, lighting); It is located in one of the best areas of Puerto del Rosario with all the services you need within walking distance: Beach with long sea and restaurants at 20 meters. Supermarket at 80 meters. Shopping center with shops 150 meters away. Bus stop in front of the house. Central City at 300 meters.
