This charming vacation rental, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains and the city, has all the comforts needed for a wonderful vacation in the heart of Puerto Rico. The Cumana 2 residence also offers an infinity pool with salt water and a relaxation area equipped with sun loungers. The apartment is within walking distance of most of Puerto Rico's amenities and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Going down a staircase with private access to the complex, you reach the various shopping centers including the Mogan Mall, with bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. In short, if you are looking for a place to enjoy a wonderful holiday without missing anything, Deluxe Apartment by Alquiler de Sueño is what you need!

Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria, is a resort town located on the southwestern coast of the Spanish island of Gran Canaria. The latitude of the island and its proximity to the West African coast ensure a uniform and comfortable climate. Temperatures in winter remain around 25°C, an average of less than three days of rainfall per month. The places of interest closest to the apartment are varied, from the Mogan Mall shopping center, the largest in the south of Gran Canaria, to the wonderful Puerto Rico beach with its small port. Also a few minutes by car, reachable on foot or by bus, you can visit the famous beaches of Amadores and Anfi del Mar, recommended and prepared for water sports and exclusive activities, such as motorboat or jet ski trips, parasailing, windsurfing. Other known tourist places nearby are Puerto de Mogán, Taurito, Arguineguin, Mogàn Pueblo, Playa del Cura.
