The loft is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV, free WiFi connection throughout the apartment, and a fantastic terrace, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful climate of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The loft space is flexible and serves as both a living room and a bedroom. The sleeping area is intelligently designed to be foldable, allowing for more space in the environment when the bed is not in use. Here you will find a range of features that will make your stay even more enjoyable: - Distance from the beach: just 250 meters away, you can reach the beautiful beach in a few steps and enjoy the sun and sea of Las Palmas. - Comfortable terrace: our loft offers a delightful terrace where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. - Air conditioning: you can adjust the temperature according to your preferences thanks to the air conditioning available in the apartment, ensuring a comfortable environment even on the hottest days. - Hot and cold water: you don't have to worry about anything as our loft has a water heating system that provides hot and cold water at your disposal. - Taxis available in the area at any time. - Banks and ATMs just a few meters from the apartment. - There is a supermarket 20 meters away, where you can find everything you need for your vacation or work stay. - There is a paid parking lot with very affordable hourly rates 25 meters away. - Free parking spaces are also available in the area.
