The generous plot size of 1,236 m² ensures ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Well-kept Garden with Saltwater Pool Short Distance to Shopping, Tennis Club, and the Beach. EL ROSARIO / CHAPAS PLAYA: LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS OF THIS PROPERTY El Rosario is a gated villa community situated in the eastern part of Marbella and surrounded by either golf courses or beautiful, protected green areas. El Rosario is located just 10 minutes' drive away from Marbella’s centre and 30 minutes from the international airport of Malaga. The popular community offers a variety of amenities such as restaurants, tapas bars, international schools, supermarkets, and several golf courses. The famous "Royal Tennis Club" is situated at the bottom of the community and offers four hard courts all year around. El Rosario has beautiful beaches with lovely beach restaurants and bars.
