    “I liked the view from all the windows and especially the balcony. I liked that is situated closer to the beach market and restaurant. The apartment is fully equipped including fishing equipment.”

The apartment is located in the residential area of Matalascanas, 200 m from the beach which allowed us to go to the beach as many times as wanted during the day. We are also 10 minutes away from the virgin beach of the Donana Park. There is a mini market just down the stairs a patisserie and a restaurant. You have a key for the rooftop for a 360 view. From all the windows you can see the ocean, even if you cook, as the kitchen has floor length double window. What I enjoyed the most was coffee in the morning on the balcony with that sight and watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the same place and then the stars, just how I love to start and finish my days. During the evenings we take a walk along the promenade to the funfair in the center filled with kids attractions, shops and restaurants and then as we return home, we leave the crowd and noise behind and retrieve to the peacefulness of our neighborhood.
