I liked that it was quiet, I had the diving centre in the hotel, so I booked all my trips with them and I also appreciated that the village (Marsa Alam is just a village) is safe and allowed me to see the life of locals.

It is located 15 minutes on foot from the Red Sea shore,70 km from Marsa Allam International Airport and 3km from the main jetty. Known for its highly qualified diving services, BVD offers accommodation and dive packages for learners & experienced divers. As well as excursions, transportation services, and trips in various locations, from Abu Ghoson shipwrecks to world class Elphinstone Whether you are an experienced diver, or just wish to explore a new adventure and discover the beauty of the underwater world, BVD got you covered. Each room provides you with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe and chests of drawers, a refridgerator and a private balcony. Each room has a private bathroom featuring a bath or shower. The swimming pool is located in the central courtyard area of the hotel. Next to the swimming pool we have an on-site Padi Diving Centre for guests. Here you can learn to dive, take a specialty course and dive daily. Marsa Alam airport is 62km away and the property offer an airport shuttle service upon request. As Egyptian law all foreigners must pay in foreign currency euros or dollars Egyptian pounds are not excepted from foreign guests. As Egyptian All Egyptian should show their marriage certificate stamped with eagle stamp Lawyer marriage certificates are not excepted.
