Located in the heart of Marassi, this 3-bedroom penthouse boasts an exceptional view overlooking the biggest swimmable lagoon in Marassi and 18-hole signature golf course. It is well furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and coffee machine. The 65-inch smart TV allows you to enjoy your favorite shows from home.
This luxurious penthouse offers a total of three bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and big terrace, the other two bedrooms sharing another bathroom, and a spacious living room with a separate toilet.
This house is perfect for families because it has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a day at the beach
