Very large room, we had our own fridge which was handy. Nice bathroom, very large shower and tons of hooks to.hang wet bathing suits, clothes, towels etc. The owner was very friendly and attentive but spoke very limited English. Good access to town.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Lovely place, very large room and huge bathroom, all very clean, AC working well. Free bikes to use for guests (we used them to cycle to the wall of tears, lots to see on the way). Just 5 mins walk to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shops round the corner.

The host Joel is so friendly. Brings you in like family and is always available to help. Having bikes available is also great value, we used them daily to get down to the harbour to snorkel and into the national park.

Despite it was the most affordable option in Puerto Villamil, it proved above our expectations. Great room with a fridge and a superb WC with wide and hot shower, very clean sheets and a great host! Kleber is the gem of the place and will tell you everything about the village. Last but not least - the owner will provide you with the bikes he made himself for a school programme, so you can stroll around the village, to the port and even to the Muro de las Lagrimas, in the national park. This would cost you at least 10 USD per person per day. We were mlore than satisfied with our stay!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Casa Joel. De eigenaar, Joel, is een ontzettend vriendelijke gastheer. De kamer was ruim, schoon en voldeed aan al onze wensen. Ook was het voor ons een groot pluspunt dat wij gebruik mochten maken van de fietsen. Ik raad een verblijf bij Joel zeker aan!

Joel ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohlgefühlt. Einzigartig sind die Fahrräder, die er seinen Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt. Das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben das Nachmittagsboot nach Santa Cruz genommen und durften noch länger in der Unterkunft bleiben. Das war sehr freundlich und zeigt die herausragende Gastfreundschaft.

La ubicación es perfecta para ver toda la isla, además nos proporcionaron unas bici gratis y también nos invitaron a agua todo el rato! La habitación es muy amplia y la ducha súper cómoda! Der Vater des Vermieters, der sich um die Gäste der Unterkunft kümmert, ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für die Gäste werden kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir konnten das Zimmer freundlicherweise kostenfrei noch über den Zeitpunkt den Check out hinaus behalten.

Der Besitzer (Joel) hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert, wir konnten dort Wäsche waschen und mussten nur Waschmittel kaufen, die Fahrräder umsonst ausleihen und hatten jeden Tag frische Handtücher und eine warme Dusche. Für Pärchen oder zu Dritt perfekt, vermutlich würden auch 4 Personen in das Zimmer passen, das wird aber eng.
