Come relax at the nearby El Valle beach, enjoy the nature around you, and explore the jungle with the many excursions in the area.
Hello, I’m Arriel H, My husband, Todd, and I love to spend time with family, travel, and work together on construction projects. We have teamed up with our good friend Ariel D. (I know it’s confusing) to rent out our house in El Valle, Dominican Republic. I am able to respond quickly in English. Ariel speaks Spanish and English but isn’t always able to respond as fast. Arriel and Ariel manage Casa de la Loma together. Ariel lives near by and will be there to greet you when you arrive. He will be available to answer questions, help book excursions, and make sure you have a great time at Casa de la Loma. Arriel will be available through Airbnb messaging.
Casa de la Loma is located in Utopia development. A new developing area. It is located in the jungle mountains of El Valle toward La Laguna. Away from the noise of the main road. 15 min drive to Samana and 5-10 min drive to the beautiful El Valle beach. 3 houses sit on top of the mountain. Casa de la Loma sits on the left side (if facing the house from the parking area in the back) with privacy and views from the side patio. Shared common areas include the parking area, a large infinity pool, and patio areas. The entrance is gated and the development has night security. Casa de la Loma is on top of a mountain. The road up may be intimidating to some. We recommend an SUV, renting a 4 wheeler, or a local taxi. We can give information on rentals or taxis in the area. There are areas where you can go for nature walks or hikes down the mountain. There is parking at the top of the hill. There is also another parking area down from the house.
