Maresía Village is a large family villa on a plot of 9,000 m² which has: - ten renovated rooms (for 2 or 4 people) with independent entrance and free parking, - An outdoor living room in the middle of the house, - A restaurant area to take your meals in peace with a view of the tree-lined garden of the property. - A relaxation area with a few hammocks. This room has a capacity of 2 people and has the following equipment: - One Queen Size double beds for 2 people with 2 bedside tables, - A reversible air conditioning, - A Wifi Internet network with high speed, - A desk to work, - Furniture necessary for your comfort, - A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Household linen and bath towels will be provided. This room has a terrace with furniture with sea view or open view of the property. A breakfast will be offered to you each morning and can be taken in the restaurant area at the back of the property.

Maresia Village is ideally placed. The property is located 500 meters before arriving at La Ensenada beach. It is recommended to travel by motorbike or car. La Ensenada beach has a large car park where you can park quietly before going for a swim!
