    “I don’t think you can find better places in Roseau, everything was very good, close to ferry and bus. Be aware, there is no night life in this town, also no tourists. Pretty difficult to travel alone.”

This special place is located in the center of town making it close to everything, government buildings, the financial center, national stadium, city shops, restaurants, the bay front, the old market , port/ferry to and from Guadeloupe and Martinique, and along the carnival route .This unit is located on the third floor which is ideal for a quiet nights rest after a long day of hitting the nature trails, hiking, whale watching and partying. (110/240 Volts available)

Roseau is a small city with French and European architecture. Residents are very friendly and kind. Neighborhood is very safe and area has low crime occurrences. Most visitors are able to get around without needing a vehicle. Parking is available in different areas around the property including the street alongside building.
