Bright houses with exceptional location and in the shelter of the woods, right down to the water. Most of us dream of a holiday life close to nature. Ideally, close to the edge of the forest or near the sea and with neighbors who live a little further away than just behind the hedge. Being able to get all three wishes at once, and still be in the vicinity of civilization, is among the absolute rarities. Here you live in the forest edge with Sønderskoven as nearest neighbor, and in the first row to Sønderborg bay with grounds down to the water with its own beach. Here everything breathes peace and tranquility. Here you wake up to the waves, the smell of forest soil and hear the wind in the treetops. Here you live a life close to nature.
Due to the fact that some guests (not you :) do not read the fine print we want to avoid misunderstanding; The house rules: No animals No smoking (Also not on the terrace) No parties No more guests than you have booked for Show consideration to the neighbors Cheek out is - 10 AM Treat the home as you would treat your own . There are about 5.5 km Sønderborg's center, 4 km through Sønderskoven to the marina in Sønderborg and 4 km to the nearest shopping whether you choose the merchant on Ringridervej or shopping center in Hørup which is open 7 days a week. There is access to the property through the woods, and where Stenholt ends the property lies completely undisturbed with the most amazing views of Sønderborg Bay and Kegnæs and Flensburg Fjord in the background. The view is south facing and completely unobstructed view to the water. In summer, where a sea of boaters fill the busy waters, and in winter, when the sea volatility experienced firsthand. There is a fine beach along the coast. The property is a typical contemporary rural property from 1877.
