A natural swimming area at the Hofsee lake is approx. 1.5 km away and a restaurant approx. 4.50 km away, further restaurants and various shopping facilities can be found approx. 6-7 km away in Waren (Müritz). This centrally heated (partly underfloor heating), tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment for up to 6 people on one level has insect screens on the bedroom windows and can be reached via an open outside staircase and a shared hallway. The apartment has a spacious living area (sofa bed & extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, music system) with open kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV, a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has a small balcony with private access, another balcony is located in front of the entrance area. There are also parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor area with a covered seating area, parasol and barbecue for communal use. Baby equipment (crib incl. mattress, blanket, high chair) can be provided on request. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption.
