There is also a vacation home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn train station are all within a radius of around 500 m. The two-room apartment for 2 to max. 4 persons is located on the upper floor and has a furnished balcony. It is equipped with a living area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities on the 820 square meter property. There is also storage space for bicycles and a parking space.
