The house as well as the apartment meets the highest modern standard. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen and has a washer, dryer, high speed Internet connection and 2 large flat screen TVs. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide light-flooded rooms and not only offer great views, but also a harmonious atmosphere. The parquet floor with underfloor heating radiates pleasant warmth. Comfortable anatomical mattresses ensure a good sleep. For the perfect entertainment, cable TV is available with a wide selection of national and international channels. Likewise, your apartment has fast internet via WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances: ceramic hob, oven, hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. On baths a lot of value was placed. Ample space and an above-average equipment are a matter of course here. The bedroom has adjoining its private bathroom with two sinks, a whirlpool bathtub, WC and a bidet. There is also another guest bathroom with shower. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and a coherent lighting for comfort. The apartments are barrier-free and can be reached without any restrictions. On request, we can provide baby cots free of charge
