We the company home2share manage a portfolio of over 300 residential units in and around Osnabrück. Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a janitor and a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Penalty for smoking in the property - 300 euros. Penalty for violating the silence rule (22.00-7.00) or organizing parties - 200 euros.

Dear guests, we invite you to our chic and modern flats. Our apartments are located on the edge of a beautiful forest in the spa town of Bad Rothenfelde. We are sure that your stay would be calm and comfortable. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a smart and well-designed interior. The layout of our apartments is thoughtfully planned to maximize functionality and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartments are adorned with stylish furnishings, creating a contemporary and elegant ambiance. Each apartment offers spacious living areas with large windows for natural light.

The apartments have a total size of about 30-47 m2. From the balcony you have a great forest view or city view. As a guest you can use everything in the apartment. You have free wifi in addition to coffee and tea. The house Deutsch Krone, where the apartment is located, is an apartment house. There are some other vacation apartments in the house. In front of the house are many parking spaces that can be used free of charge. The bus stop "Eichendehne" is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
