All apartments have a south-facing glazed or open balcony with a panoramic view over the Sassnitz old town to the Baltic Sea. The basic equipment of the apartments includes a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen and TV with cable connection. Our apartments with a separate bedroom, living room with integrated kitchen and bathroom have open balconies with a view of the Baltic Sea. The two penthouse apartments also have a separate bedroom, living room with integrated kitchen and bathroom. The highlight of these two penthouse apartments is the glazed roof attic facing south. From here you can enjoy the extraordinary view over the old town to the Baltic Sea. Our large holiday apartments have 2 separate bedrooms, a living area with kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace facing the garden. Another large holiday apartment with also 2 separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom was designed to be handicapped-friendly. This ground floor apartment has a stepless entrance, wide doors and a handicapped accessible bathroom.
