In our cozy mini-apartment on 1,5 floors with the wonderfully open-designed roof-chair, you can make yourself at home on the couch on the ground floor by LED-TV and free WLAN (FREE WiFi). The bed on the upper open floor has a special charm. Small and comfortable - and the best possible flexible use of the available space for each guest - was what we wanted to achieve by building our mini-apartment on 30 sqm and 1,5 floors. The apartment is fully equipped for you including. Private bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor room is on the ground floor and can be accessed and used without barriers. A car park is available. Ideal is the apartment for 1-2 persons, for short breaks (also up to 4 persons without problems) or also fitters or for trade fair visitors (over A4 in 30 minutes in Cologne). Make yourself comfortable in the evening with the modern 42 "LED TV, or use the free WLAN / free Wifi with your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. In the small but fine kitchen you will find microwave, refrigerator, toaster, stove, water cooker, Tchibo Caffissimo Latte coffee machine.

Only 30 km from Cologne, ideal for trade fair visitors, business travelers, short breaks, young families, nature lovers, etc. Good connection to the public transport A4 direction Köln / Olpe
