The 2-storey loft-style property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 8 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot is also available. Additionally, this apartment includes 2 private balconies. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests can smoke on the balcony. Guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy upon checking out and to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm). Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for a later check-out. Please wash the dishes when you leave the flat. Dirty dishes fall under special cleaning and will be charged to you. Please put the dishes only clean in the cupboard. Please respect the quiet hours. Quiet times are from 10pm to 6pm and from 1pm to 3pm at midday. Loud music is strictly forbidden during these times! Please note that you have a holiday flat. This means self-catering. To help you get started, we provide 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 to 2 tabs for the dishwasher, a kitchen roll and a dishcloth in our accommodation. We would like to urge you not to help yourself to the towels or bed linen in the cupboards.
