Our apartment, with its stunning design, has been completely furnished anew and awaits you with high-quality amenities. Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the comforts this apartment has to offer, including its upscale furnishings. With the river nearby and Clara Park within close reach, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. For a restful sleep, a cozy king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with hotel-grade linens awaits you. The sofa can also be converted into a very comfortable sleeping option (1.80m x 1.90m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are various shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Karl-Heine-Straße, the main street of Plagwitz, is also easily accessible.
