Property info

The framehouse was built in 2000 and is set on a 500m² enclosure in a holiday house area 200m from the beach. Nature lovers find many opportunities for walking and cycling in the adjoining nature reserve. Watersport fans, too, will have their fun. The Greifswalder Bodden offers ideal sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and fishing conditions. On the premises of the nearby leisure park you'll find a supermarket, a playground, a kite & windsurf school, a sauna, a restaurant with bowling alley and bike & inline skate rentals. The central position between the Isles of Rügen and Usedom are an ideal starting point for excursions. Various destinations such as the water mill in Hanshagen, the monastery ruins in Eldena, the Oceanographic Museum in Stralsund, the U-boat Museum in Peenemünde or the harbour of Freest (fresh fish!) are recommended. Children enjoy the nature park of Gristow (pony trekking, petting zoo, traffic garden). And for those who want to shop till they drop, Greifswald is the best address. The nearby beach is within a walking distance of 3 minutes. The shallow water is ideal for children and non-swimmers; its 2°C warmer than the Baltic Sea. Extended beach walks along the Bodden landscape to Ludwigsburg or Lubmin are of interest in every season. It's incredible to watch the sunset from the cliff.
