Nice apartment close to the city centre, KIT, FZI, Technologiefabrik and Hoepfner Burg. Supermarket, restaurants, university (KIT) and the tram stop Karl-Wilhelm-Platz are just around the corner! The location is perfect. The apartment is ideal for up to 8 people, whether you want to study, work or just go on holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, pots and pans, microwave oven, coffee machine etc. Two single beds can be put together as double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The key box allows a flexible check-in. Please note that Room 1 only has a window to the corridor side, not to the outside! The two futon beds are two foldable and comfortable mattresses on the floor! BILLING: If you need an invoice, please let me know the billing address and an email address to which I can send the invoice. Thank you!
