1st row. First-class, Danish luxury holiday homes with wellness equipment located directly by the water in the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. Here you can organize your completely personal wellness holiday: each house has a steam sauna with scent effect and whirlpool for 5-7 people located under a large studio window overlooking the starry sky. There is also a large sauna with sleeping space for 4 people with 5 sauna functions for well-being and relaxation. Choose between a classic sauna, tropical bath, soft steam bath, aroma bath and hot air bath. Afterwards you can take a cold shower and relax on the massage / rest bed. The 33 m & # 178; large living room with new floor and lovely conservatory with studio windows has a cozy fireplace, two complete sofa groups and dining table for 12 people. Adjacent to this you will find the open and modern, well-equipped kitchen. The morning terrace is 12 m & # 178; and from the living room there is direct access to the partially covered sun terrace of 21 m & # 178 ;. All four bedrooms have double beds with space for a total of 8 people. In one of the rooms you will find the solarium. Popular are the two alcoves, which especially children will love and call & quot; sleeping caves & quot ;. A canoe belongs to the house, which gives you the optimal opportunity to experience the Water and Landscape Park. You can put the canoe in the water directly by the house. Please note that the use of the canoe is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance. All in all, this house offers the perfect setting for a wellness holiday in your own cottage. Furthermore, in 2021, a parking space will be built for 3 cars. Nearby there are countless activity opportunities - experience i.a. the beautiful Cuxland with the yellow rapeseed fields, rivers and dikes either by bike or on foot. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
