The ground floor apartment consists of a room with one double bed, a well-equipped kitchen well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite television. The private outdoor area boasts an open terrace with seating furniture and a sunshade invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners. Lake Constance is only a 17-minute drive or 13.3 km from the apartment, and the nearest beaches can be found in Immenstaad and Fischbach. A 3-minute drive or 1.8 km from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy, as well as cafés and other restaurants. The pretty lakeside town Friedrichshafen is located 10 km or a 15-minute drive away, and after a 23-minute drive to Meersburg you can take the ferry to Konstanz.
