The hospitable town of Sipplingen on the northern shore of Lake Constance attracts its visitors with hiking paradises, historical treasures, culinary delights and unspoilt nature. The 83 m2 apartment, which is friendly and comfortably furnished, has a living room with sofa corner and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and large fridge-freezer, two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, and a modern bathroom with large shower and toilet, and can accommodate 4 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair. On the sunny, 22 m2 balcony there is a seating area, 2 sunbeds and a parasol. The panoramic view over the lake and its shores will immediately inspire you and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening after an eventful day's holiday. The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the train station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min. on foot and several restaurants are nearby. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen can be reached after a walk of less than a quarter of an hour on foot - along the beautiful promenade along the shore - also quickly. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting destinations: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site.
