Built in 1900, the holiday apartment lies on the edge of the “Musicians Quarter” (Musikerviertel) in Constance on Lake Constance and is located on the spacious top floor of the former “Villa Milena”. With a cosy roof-top terrace facing south and a view of the Swiss Alps, the holiday apartment has two rooms and 4 sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is bright and bedded in a “green” environment. There are free parking spots on the street in front of the house and bicycles may be stored either in the garden or, if required, in the garage. On Wednesdays and Saturdays you can buy fresh specialties at the weekly market right near the house.
You are welcome in our apartment. Konstanz at the lake of Constance is one of the nicest citys in south Germany...
Constance is a young city. It is a university city and a city with architecture that has remained intact with a pleasant, historical charm. From the “Seestraße”, you cross the Old Rhine Bridge by foot or by bicycle and reach the city centre. First the oldest part of town, the “Niederburg” with the Münster, and then on to Marktstätte and the old harbour with a further promenade and several nice restaurants, wine taverns and small snack bars. A highlight in August is the Seenachtsfest, which you can peacefully enjoy free of charge from your roof-top terrace. Or, if you like, you can join the fray on Seestraße – then just walk straight ahead down to the lake.
