The hospitable town of Sipplingen on the north shore of Lake Constance attracts its visitors with hiking paradises, historical treasures, culinary delights and unspoilt nature. Centrally located in the village, in a quiet and green zone and yet less than 10 minutes to the shore and the harbour, is the Residence Flower Idyll with the comfort holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Jasmin" on the ground floor. The 75 m2 apartment, which is friendly and comfortably furnished, has a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with a hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and large fridge-freezer, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, and a modern interior bathroom with a large shower and toilet, and can accommodate 4 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair. On the sunny 24 m2 terrace there is a seating area, 2 sunbeds and a parasol. The view into the flower garden is very idyllic and relaxing after an eventful day's holiday. The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the train station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min. on foot and several restaurants are nearby. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen can be reached after a walk of less than a quarter of an hour on foot - along the beautiful promenade along the shore - also quickly. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting destinations: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site.
