The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished in a modern style. With its 64 sqm it offers enough space and is very bright. The living area is very spacious and invites you to relax with a comfortable corner sofa and flat screen TV. The roof windows create a pleasant ambience in the dining area. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer, as it is located in the basement, and cosy and warm in winter, thanks to the built-in underfloor heating. The fully equipped open kitchen contains coffee machine, kettle, oven and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses and a large wardrobe. The apartment is accessible via its own entrance and has outdoor seating. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the house. Additionally we can wash the laundry for a small fee. The safety deposit is 150,00 Euro.
The holiday flat is in a single-family house, northeast of Mühlhausen, lying in the district Ehingen and is in a quiet and sunny residential area. Mühlhausen offers a good infrastructure. Thus medical supply, shopping possibilities, bus connections are present. Also in next proximity is the motorway connection or railway connections in Mühlhausen. The Hegau mountains "Hohenkrähen", "Hohenstoffel", "Mägdeberg" and "Hohentwiel" invite for hiking, cycling and jogging. There are versatile trip possibilities for young and old e.g. at the lake of Constance, castles, amusement parks, Zeppelin Dornier museum, the islands Mainau and Reichenau, Meersburg, pile dwellings, Donau valley with monastery Beuron or castle Sigmaringen, and Constance, with only 15 km distance. Switzerland (e.g. Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen), the Rhine, the Donau Valley or the Black Forest are all within a 15-30 minute drive.
