The beautiful, light-flooded apartment “Am See - Säntis” is situated on the first floor of an apartment building directly on Lake Constance, in the charming lakeside town of Langenargen between Friedrichshafen and Bregenz. The child-friendly, 89 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with double beds as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment with big glass fronts not only boasts stunning views over the lake and the surrounding mountains but is also fitted with top-quality “Kettnaker” furniture. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The furnished balcony invites you to start the day with a delicious coffee while enjoying the fantastic lake panorama. Due to the apartment’s great location, the closest supermarkets are only a 4-minute walk (300 m) away, and restaurants and cafés can be reached on foot in 3 minutes (250 m). Within a 7-minute walk (550 m) you can reach Schloss Montfort, a picturesque castle with a top-rated restaurant, wonderfully situated on the lakefront. The train station is only a 7-minute walk (600 m) away, and it is a mere 2-minute walk (130 m) to the lakeside promenade. The city of Friedrichshafen is a 16-minute drive (12 km) west of Langenargen and Bregenz is 35-minute drive (28 km) away, across the Austrian border. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The house is also equipped with a lift.
