New apartment building, beautifully situated between castle, church and Ueckerdamm [excursion boat dock]. Nearby shopping and leisure facilities such as zoo, beach with promenade and restaurants, mini golf course and water sport facilities. Well maintained hiking and cycle routes. The neighbouring communities (10km) provide lido, historic village (Ukranendorf), leisure parks with bowling alley, tennis courts, fitness area, squash court, sauna and much more. Beach 2km (textile, nudist and dog beaches) with car parking spaces, beer garden, kiosks, mini golf course and wicker beach basket rentals.
