Modern and upscale equipped house on a large garden property. The central and spacious living room is equipped with an open kitchen with dining area at a modern solid wood table and a gallery. The professional LED concept throughout the house offers various feel-good scenes, in addition, generous window fronts allow the view both into the well-kept and newly landscaped fruit garden behind it, as well as to the terrace in front of the house and the spacious, enclosed parking area. The highlight is the beamer and a powerful 2.0 hi-fi sound system, with which movies or music can be enjoyed equally. The screen is shut down fully automatically, music or films can be consumed via streaming and wifi. The basement offers a spacious daylight bedroom with double bed, on the gallery two people can sleep on a tiny couch. The small daylight bathroom offers a modern rainforest shower. 1-2 motorhome parking spaces available.
We are a married couple, private hosts and maintain the garden. The fruits should also be enjoyed by the guests.
Train station Darlingerode in only 300m distance. The monastery Drübeck is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal starting point for hikes and mountainbike tours in the Harz Mountains.
