Property information

This bungalow is in a quiet location in the countryside with a separate entrance. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area and child’s swing. The apartments consist of living/bedroom combination with TV, mini kitchen, and bathroom. A washer and dryer can be used for an additional cost. Parking is available. Dierkow West is a homestead settler and is located about 4 km northeast of Rostock city center. Kierkower Kreuz is only a 5 minute walk from the tram and bus stop and you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. With public transport from Kierkower Kreuz you can also reach the train station, zoo, seaside resort of Warnemünde and much more. The „Ludwig Feuerbach-Weg“ is 2 km from the A19 Rostock-Nord exit. It is only 20 minutes to Markgrafenheide by car. There are plenty of bakers, butchers, discount stores and various catering establishments in the near vicinity. Arrival by car from direction Lübeck: A 20 to intersection "Kreuz Rostock", change to A 19 to exit "Rostock-Nord", go on "Hinrichsdorfer Straße" and after 2 km (behind 3rd crossing) turn right into "Ludwig-Feuerbach-Weg".
