Welcome to our spacious attic apartment in the heart of Schlosspark. The apartment is ideal for short and long-term stays and offers: 📌 43-inch Ambilight TV with Chromecast and Disney+ 📌 Fully equipped kitchen 📌 Coffee and tea 📌 Older balcony with a view of the inner courtyard📌 Workstation with monitor Washing machine 📌 Fresh hand and bath towels 📌 Shower gel and shampoo 📌 Bicycle parking in the inner courtyard Ideal for 2-3 people, but 5 people are also ok The family-friendly apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a large crib and a closet with hanger and ironing board. The spacious living room with two sofa beds and an Ambilight TV invites you for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped American kitchen offers a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and toaster. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and wine glasses for all guests. Various cooking utensils, blender, toaster, kettle and a filter coffee machine are also available. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar and oil are of course provided. There is also a high chair for guests with families. The bright bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine with clothes horse. Hand and bath towels (1 per person), hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel are of course provided to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is ideally close to the a66 highway and is also only 50 m away from public transpot. The central station is 10 minutes away. Within 100 m, you already are at the schlosspark and can have a beautiful walk to the river from there.
