Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the spacious balcony, enjoying a magnificent view of the “Burgberg” mountain and the treetops of the city. Our holiday apartment provides direct access to the swimming pool and sauna – a perfect way to unwind after eventful and active days. Our comfortable vacation rental features a modern kitchen equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and cooking utensils for preparing both large and small delicacies. The cozy sofa invites relaxation and can be converted into additional sleeping quarters for two children or an adult if needed. In the separate bedroom with balcony access, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a second TV. The bathroom, furnished in a modern style, offers a shower with a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. Within the building, you’ll also discover a bowling alley, washing machines (available for a small fee), a foosball table, and a ping pong table. Free parking spaces are available around the property. If desired, we can provide access to our private parking space in the underground garage. You have the option to bring your own towels, bed linen, and bathrobes or rent them separately at the following prices, in addition to the booking fee: • 10.00 EUR for towels (minimum 2 regular towels and 1 bath towel) • 10.00 EUR for bed linen (1 fitted sheet 180x200 cm and pillowcases and duvet covers) • 10.00 EUR for bathrobe and sauna towel In addition to the booking fee, we collect a local guest tax on behalf of the city, amounting to 2.60 EUR per adult per day.
