The stylish, spacious house is particularly suitable for guests who enjoy a lot of space, for groups and families. The facility is nicely designed and of high quality. The house is spacious, quiet and versatile. A shared garden and a terrace are available. The bus stop can be reached in less than 1min. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, stationery, post office, bank and pharmacy can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.
Dear guests, Welcome to Friedhofstrasse 3! We are very pleased that you have chosen our house for your stay in Tübingen. We send you the "User's Manual" for the house so that you can make your stay comfortable, pleasant and safe. We have put a lot of effort into making the house a beautiful place where you will feel comfortable and hope that you will treat the house with the same respect that you would your own home.
Tübingen is a very attractive city and offers a diverse range of cultural, tourist and culinary options Possibilities. The best way to reach the city center is to take the bus from the bus stop Tübingen / Get off with line 1 or line 22 in about 15 minutes. Parking in the city best possible in Neckarparkhaus. The house is located in a residential area in Tübingen-Lustnau. You can find a supermarket, butcher, baker, pharmacy, kiosk with post office and DHL and other smaller shops in the “Lustnauer Zentrum” shopping center, about 7 minutes on foot. There is a playground right next to the Dorfackerschule, about a 3-minute walk from the house.
