Access is via a separate external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a spacious living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table), an open kitchenette (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, single bed, crib), and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished seating area on the property with barbecue facilities, secure storage for bicycles and parking. Internet (WLAN) is also available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels can be brought along or rented on site on request. Pets are not allowed. Transfer from Ueckermünde train station possible by arrangement. The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbor town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended vacation destination. There is a lovely old town with cafés, restaurants and shops, a beautiful zoo and a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boats to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa park and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers restaurants, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
