The idyllic location and proximity to the Uecker river make the apartments particularly suitable for nature lovers and active vacationers. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in Eggesin (4 km) or in Torgelow (8 km). All guests have access to free Wi-Fi, parking spaces, a bicycle storage room, insect screens on the windows, a crib and a high chair. A barbecue as well as sufficient garden furniture and seating on the approx. 3,500 sqm residential property (partially usable) are also available. The apartments, renovated in 2018, are heated with night storage heaters. This small apartment for two people on the mezzanine floor has a combined living room/bedroom (two single beds, small sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio), a kitchen area (hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property. Torgelow is a small town in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald, is crossed by the river Uecker and is located in the Ueckermünde Heath area between the towns of Pasewalk and Ueckermünde. In addition to the idyllic outdoor pool on the edge of the forest with its 55 m long water slide and a water temperature of 22 degrees Celsius (open from May to September), the open-air museums Ukranenland and Castrum Turglowe are an attraction for young and old.
