The cozy studio in the southern city of Kassel is ideal for 1-2 guests. In the small but fine apartment you will want for nothing thanks to a well-equipped kitchen including coffee maker, daylight bathroom and a stylishly furnished living/sleeping area. In the stylishly furnished living and sleeping area you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable sofa or in the cozy 140x200cm bed. Nothing stands in the way of optimal entertainment thanks to the 40-inch TV with a Fire TV stick and Netflix. The sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed for 2 more people. The kitchen offers 2 hotplates, a fridge with freezer, a microwave with hot air function, a kettle and all cooking utensils you need for cooking. Thanks to the Senseo coffee maker, you won't have to do without coffee in the morning. The round dining table in the living area, which is also suitable as a workplace, can seat up to 4 people. The bathroom with daylight and shower is optimally equipped. Of course, we will provide you with fresh and soft towels upon your arrival.

You are in the Südstadt Kassel, which has even more to offer besides great restaurants and all grocery stores (EDEKA, Lidl). The Auestadion and the ice rink Kassel can be reached in about 5 minutes. There you will also find a bowling center. In the Staatspark Karlsaue and the Park Schönfeld you can take long walks and enjoy the nature in the middle of the city. Nearby is also the DEZ shopping center, which you can reach on foot in 9 minutes. You can reach the city center by streetcar in a good 10 minutes. The streetcar stop "Park Schönfeld" is only 400 meters away. From here you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes. Next to the building you can park on a free private parking lot.
