In a completely and ecologically renovated Bauhaus bungalow from 2023, we have set up a bright, modern apARTment that stands out for its comfort, art, and small luxuries: This includes contemporary art, Italian bathroom design, many natural materials, a large box spring bed, and a large terrace exclusively available for our guests in the garden for breakfast or sunbathing. Everything is new, everything is exclusively for you, everything is within walking distance from here, and everything essential for a carefree, happy holiday right by Lake Ammersee is available! From the house, you can start hiking or cycling directly into a breathtaking nature with mountain and lake views. In other words, there are numerous opportunities here to spend a dreamy vacation in Upper Bavaria, and the days will naturally fill themselves, making you not want to leave :-). We are hosts with passion and have made it our goal to provide you with a beautiful, carefree holiday that you will fondly remember for a long time. Naturally, we are happy to be personally available for you. That's the difference compared to an anonymous hotel facility and many accommodations: You are our only guests in the house, allowing us to fully focus on you. We are happy to provide you with tips on leisure activities, restaurants, and more, and we are also available for a chat about anything and everything :-).

The location of our apARTment could not be more attractive: All of the following is within a maximum of 10 minutes' walk: the beautiful clear lake, idyllic beach baths, the ferry, delicious ice cream parlors, high-quality galleries, bars, museums, bakeries, supermarkets. You can even see the Marienmünster from the large garden! Moreover, within 20-60 minutes by car, you can reach Herrsching, Kloster Andechs, Munich (Oktoberfest, BMW World, Nymphenburg Palace, ...), the Alps (Zugspitze), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein.
