The town center with shopping facilities, restaurants and the popular ice cream parlor can also be reached in a few minutes. The approx. 60 m², centrally heated, non-smoking apartment with insect screens on the windows has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining area), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, small sitting area, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, crib) and a hallway. The bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) is separate from the apartment and can be reached via an intermediate corridor. There is also a furnished terrace with an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing, a lockable bicycle storage room, a parking space and WiFi.
