This beautiful new apartment is located in the attic of a multi-family house with a 66 ft² balcony. Offering a quiet setting and access to great hiking trails, Altes Haus is located in Sevenig/Our in the scenic Eifel region, directly on the border between Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Suitable for between 2 and 5 guests, the apartment features wooden floorboards, a children's room with bunk beds, a leather sofa bed, a 49-inch TV and free WiFi. It also offers gas underfloor heating, a big shower in the apartment, a guest toilet, pleated blinds and lime plaster. Altes Haus also has a fully equipped kitchen. Parking spaces are available for cars. A Finnish natural stone oak wood sauna can be used at any time, a separate shower is available to cool off after the sauna session. The sauna can also be used as an infrared sauna with Vitallight deep heat radiators. This type of heat is very gentle on the circulation.
