We offer a quietly located and newly renovated holiday home in Binz on Rügen. The house is located on the Klünderberg, a very green district of Binz, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach and the promenade with the famous pier. The house has two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is also an infrared sauna to warm up on the colder days. The living room is the heart of the house. From here you can go out onto the terrace into the garden, where you can prepare food or simply relax in the open, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (nespresso &amp; regular) and of course plates, dishes and many kitchen utensils. There is enough space for everyone in the cozy living room and everything you need for entertainment is available thanks to the smart TV with Bluray player, AppleTV+ subscription, Amazon Prime and soundbar.
