A family playground can also be used by arrangement. In addition to a few ducks and chickens, the owners also keep horses and occasionally offer riding lessons or rides by arrangement. The approx. 76 m², 2021 renovated, non-smoking house with electric heating over 2 floors has a living room on the first floor (couch, flat screen TV, tiled stove - can be fired by the owner on request), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining area, various small kitchen appliances, washing machine), a bathroom (bathtub, hairdryer) and a toilet. On the upper floor (via stairs, with child safety lock) there is a large sleeping area (visually separated) with a double bed, flat screen TV, balcony and two single beds (80 x 190 cm), which can be placed in the room as desired. Parking, a furnished terrace, barbecue, crib and high chair are also available. The total price includes final cleaning, energy, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Horse riding by arrangement. Pets are allowed in this property. Kraase is a small rural district of the municipality of Möllenhagen, which is located in front of the Müritz National Park and between the towns of Penzlin and Waren (Müritz).
