There is a wonderful distant view of the Baltic Sea from the property. Both apartments have a terrace, barbecue and parking space. Water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. The vacation accommodation is only available to vacation guests (no fitters/workers desired). The vacation apartment has a size of approx. 44 square meters and can be used by up to 4 persons. It is located on the first floor of a residential building and has separate access. Equipped with living room (upholstered furniture with double sofa bed, TV, radio), bedroom (double bed, bunk bed), mini-kitchen (with fridge with freezer section, electric hob and various kitchen appliances and dining area), shower/WC, electric heating. Jennewitz is a village north of the small town of Kröpelin on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The seaside resort of Kühlungsborn is approx. 8 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found within a radius of approx. 2.5 km. Tourist tax is payable on site.
