The lake can be reached from the property through a small door and can be used for swimming and fishing (fishing licences available in the village). Wellness and physiotherapy services are also available on request. The approx. 50 square metre, centrally heated holiday apartment for up to 4 people is spread over three levels. The lower level has a beautiful conservatory with access to the terrace. On the middle floor is the living room (sofa bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV, radio, CD player) and the kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances) and on the upper floor the bedroom (double bed, small sitting area) and the bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). From all rooms and the terrace you have a beautiful lake view. Insect screens are fitted to the windows. There is also a car park, seating and sun loungers in the garden, barbecue, bicycle storage, free WiFi and two ladies' bicycles (EUR 7.50/day each). The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid for on site: bicycle (EUR 7.50/day) if required. Pets are not allowed in this property.
