Apartment located in newly built apartment complex, near the city center. Distant 5min from the main metro/tram stations and shopping mall. Apartment 28m² with giant window in the middle of the room for natural sunlight. Equipped with brand new kitchen with all essentials needed, included dishwasher and microwave. The room is also equipped with a dining table, brand new smart tv with amazon prime and lightning speed wifi. Beatiful and spatious bathroom with giant shower and heater for drying.
