The very best location right next the Pařížská street, the most expensive and prestigeous street in Prague. And yes, the devil wears Prada here. By booking this accommodation, you agree to the following rules: . Respect quiet hours (9 PM-6 AM). . Remove shoes inside. . Lock the entrance door. . No smoking (fine: 200 EUR). . No parties (fine: 500 EUR). . No pets allowed (except Cozy House Jesenice) (penalty: 200 EUR). . Only registered guests allowed (fine: 100 EUR/day per unregistered guest visitors included). . Turn off lights when not needed. . Set AC temperature above 18°C and close doors/windows. . No unauthorized recordings or photos (fine: 10,000 EUR). . Return keys to the keybox. Lost of key fine 100 EUR/key. . Late check-out until 1 PM/early check-in from 1 PM possible (fees apply). . Check-in: after 3 PM (4 PM in Serenity Villa + Cozy House). Check-out: before 11 AM.
